NOAA Procedural Directives
The NOAA Data Management Handbook (Handbook) is a comprehensive set of guidelines for implementation of data lifecycle management in all domains of NOAA data and information in support of NOAA Administration Order (NAO) 212-15B. The intent of the Handbook is to outline actions that Line Office Assistant Chief Data Officers (ACDOs), data managers, program managers, project leads, data stewards, or any other roles involved in the data management lifecycle must take to meet the purpose of the NAO and be in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This Handbook supersedes all previous versions of the NOAA Procedural Directives - please update your links and documentation to refer to the Handbook.
